This policy covers the IPTV FlyingPanda app and this website. It is published by 0011 Apps.

On your device

The app stores playlists, EPG settings, favourites, and a hashed PIN on the device. They stay there. The app does not send your playlist, your favourites, or your PIN to us.

There is no account and no password for the app.

Licence service

The app contacts https://flyingpanda.net/api/v1/ to start and check the 7-day trial, and to activate or remove a licence.

That request can include a device id, the app version, and a licence key if you activate or remove one. The device id should stay the same after you reinstall, or the trial would not stay attached to the device.

We store the device id, the time the trial started, the app version, and, if you buy, the licence key and the email address from the payment. We do this so the trial cannot be reset by reinstalling, and so a key can be put on a device or taken off one.

Payment

The buy page sends you to Stripe to pay. Stripe processes the card. We do not store the card number.

We keep the email address, the licence key, and Stripe's customer and payment ids. We need them to email the key, to show it again, and to revoke the key if a payment is refunded in full.

If you open the buy page from the app, the page can pass the device id through so that device is activated when the payment completes.

Update file

The app checks https://flyingpanda.net/download/ to see if a new version is published. Older versions also check https://0011.uk/iptvpanda/download/. That request does not include your playlist.

Streams and guides

When you play a channel or load a guide, the app contacts only the playlist, EPG, and provider addresses you entered.

This website

The site does not use analytics or advertising trackers. It does not set tracking cookies.

The payment page is on Stripe. Stripe uses its own cookies, covered by Stripe's policy.

How long we keep it

We keep the trial record so the 7 days stay attached to that device id.

We keep the purchase record, including the email and the key, so we can send the key again and so a full refund can revoke it.

What we do not do

We do not sell this data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not supply channels, playlists, or programmes.
